UA Little Rock will celebrate SADI Week Jan. 22-26.

The UA Little Rock Multicultural Center (MC) will host Student Affairs and Diversity Initiatives (SADI) Week starting Monday, Jan. 22.

SADI includes the African American Female Initiatives (AAFI), African American Male Initiative (AAMI), and Hispanic/Latinx Initiative (HLI), all of which strive to provide students with support and encouragement while earning their degrees. They accomplish these goals through mentoring, workshops, training, social events, and community service. Any student enrolled in classes at UA Little Rock is welcomed to join SADI.

“SADI Week, celebrated each fall and spring semester, is a full week of events highlighting our initiatives and mentoring program,” said Eureka Ice, associate director of the multicultural center. “During this week of events from Jan. 22-26, we hope to expose our campus community and student population to the diverse cultures we serve in the MC. Each initiative will host an event.”
