UA Little Rock Welcomes New Career Choice Partners Providing Higher Education Opportunities for Employees

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock is proud to announce its newest Career Choice partners who have entered into a unique partnership with the university to provide higher education opportunities for their employees.

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock is proud to announce its newest Career Choice partners who have entered into a unique partnership with the university to provide higher education opportunities for their employees.

UA Little Rock’s newest Career Choice partners include:

·  Arkansas Center for Data Sciences

·  City Year Little Rock

·  Goodwill Industries of Arkansas

·  North Little Rock Wastewater

·  Telcoe Federal Credit Union

These partnerships provide a 10-percent scholarship on tuition and fees, a $25-per-credit-hour book scholarship, and a waived application fee for employees who enroll in undergraduate classes at UA Little Rock.

“We believe that a thriving local business community is built on the foundation of a skilled and educated workforce,” said Dr. Cody Decker, vice chancellor for student affairs and chief data officer at UA Little Rock. “By participating in this partnership, these wonderful companies are investing in the growth and potential of their employees and contributing to the overall development of our community.”

UA Little Rock’s latest corporate partnerships follows partnerships with other great central Arkansas employers that provide opportunities for working adults to earn a college education, including Arkansas Federal Credit Union, Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority, ATG/Applied Tech Group, North Little Rock School District, Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, CHI St. Vincent, Saline Memorial Hospital, Arkansas Surgical Hospital, and Amazon. UA Little Rock now has a total of more than 20 thriving partnerships with central Arkansas companies and organizations.

When they apply for admission at UA Little Rock, the employees of Career Choice partners should select the name of their employer in the Student Type section as their Career Choice employer and use the code TROJAN2024 to waive the application fee. No additional application is needed.
