Dr. Gerald Driskill is a professor of communication studies at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Since 1990, he has taught graduate and undergraduate courses and conducted training on organizational culture, intercultural communication, difficult conversations, and positive coaching.
Dr. Driskill has published a book, “Organizational Culture in Action,” 3rd Ed., used in the US and internationally. He serves on an interdisciplinary project team focused on understanding and improving collaborative practices addressing community challenges such as race relations and foster care networks.
