UA Little Rock’s CHASSE and Career Services Sponsor Next Gen(eration) Humanities Conference
The College of Humanities, Arts, Social Sciences, and Education (CHASSE) sponsored 46 students’ attendance at the Next Gen(eration) Humanities Conference held March 6-9. With local tours, professional development opportunities, and conversations on a variety of humanities topics, the conference programming addressed a variety of interest areas.
JCPenney to Host Trojan Suit-Up Event for UA Little Rock Students
JCPenney has been a long-time supporter of helping college students dress for success. The company has provided UA Little Rock college students with coupons for many years in an effort to help college students find the business clothes they need to be successful to interview for internships and jobs.
UA Little Rock’s School of Art and Design Launches Jewelry and Metalsmithing Internship Program
In the summer of 2023, three UA Little Rock students participated in the inaugural Jewelry and Metalsmithing Internship Program created by Professor Lydia Martin, a Windgate Artist-in-Residence, in partnership with Career Services and the College of Humanities, Arts, Social Sciences, and Education.
