Sexual Assault Awareness Month 2024

April 2024 marks the official 23rd anniversary of Sexual Assault Awareness Month. Sexual Assault Awareness Month calls attention to the fact that sexual violence is widespread and impacts every person in the community. SAAM aims to raise public awareness about sexual violence and educate communities on how to prevent it. – National Sexual Violence Resource Center

Teal Tuesday

April 2, 9, 16, and 23, and 30, 2024
The Office of Title IX invites the campus community to wear teal to bring awareness to Sexual Assault Awareness Month. Title IX has teal ribbons for offices upon request. Title IX will also have Sexual Assault Awareness Information and giveaways for students, faculty, and staff to pick up and wear.

  • April 9, 22 at the Bowen Law School Table Under the Stairs (10-Noon)
  • April 2 and April 10, 2024, in the Reynolds Business Atrium (9-11)

Programs

Title IX Talks

Title IX Talks are short, focused programs to provide information on specific aspects of Title IX to the UA Little Rock Campus Community. These will be provided via Zoom to increase accessibility. Each program will last approximately 30 minutes and be recorded and placed on the Title IX website for reference.

100% of us are in relationships, and we all can learn how to be better in our relationships.  This workshop will incorporate the 10 signs of healthy and unhealthy relationships to help you navigate all types of relationships in your life.
