Content Approval Policy

Purpose

This document outlines the content approval policy for all media broadcast on UALR TV and published on the official UALR TV YouTube channel. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all content aligns with the station’s mission, values, and quality standards.

Policy Statement

All content scheduled for broadcast on UALR TV or for publication on the UALR TV YouTube channel is subject to final review and approval by the Director of UALR TV. This authority is exercised to maintain the integrity, quality, and consistency of the station’s programming.

While we encourage creative and diverse productions from our staff, students, and faculty, the Director retains the ultimate discretion to approve, request modifications to, or decline any content that does not meet the station’s standards.

This policy applies to all content submissions, including but not limited to news segments, student productions, faculty projects, and promotional materials.
