Systems Engineering Professor Dr. Kamran Iqbal organized the Institution of Engineering and Technology’s Present Around The World (PATW) competition in Little Rock this month at the UALR campus. IET sponsors the PATW competition worldwide to encourage valuable contributions to the engineering discipline and recognize young and talented engineering students and professionals. This competition provides a supportive and informal environment in which students and young professionals network and develop their presentation skills. They also enable students and young professionals to learn about the latest advances within engineering and technology and to gain access to new ideas.
Two of our Systems Engineering students have won the competition. Fei Song, mentored by Dr. Guoling Huang, won the first place.
