A number of UA Little Rock programs maintain accreditation, licensure or certification through discipline-specific accrediting bodies. A list of these programs and their review cycles can be found below, and official letters of accreditation are archived in the Provost’s Office.
The list is divided into three sections for each college College of Business, Health, and Human Services (CBHHS), College of Humanities, Arts, Social Sciences, and Education (CHASSE), and the William H. Bowen School of Law (Law). The list for the Donaghey College of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (DSTEM) can be found here.
UA Little Rock values the regular comprehensive program self-studies and external program reviews that are part of the disciplinary accreditation process. In particular, the accreditation process provides an opportunity for program faculty and UA Little Rock administrators to examine program quality and efficacy and to plan together for improvements in student learning outcomes.
