Since 1950, the UA Little Rock Alumni Association has recognized outstanding alumni for their accomplishments and service to the University. The Association’s Board of Directors and Staff are seeking nominations from its members to help us recognize our fellow alumni. All current members of the Association are eligible to nominate their fellow alumni, and self-nominations are allowed. All nominations will be reviewed by the current Executive Committee of the Alumni Board and Staff.
Distinguished Alumni Award
The Distinguished Alumni Award recognizes the exceptional achievement of former students of the University. The award is reserved for individuals who have achieved extraordinary distinction in their chosen field and made special contributions to the community.
Presidents Award
The Presidents Award recognizes a graduate who achieved success in their career, donated time and talents to their community, and remained in touch with their alma mater as a volunteer and resource person. The Presidents Award is designed to annually salute an alumni who combines career success with dedication to UA Little Rock.
Young Alumni Award
The Young Alumni Award recognizes a graduate who is currently excelling in their career, public service and/or volunteer activities that bring honor and awareness to UA Little Rock. The recipient shall be age 40 or younger at the time of July 1 of the year it is to be awarded.
Honorary Alumni Award
The Honorary Alumni Award recognizes a non-alumni who have served, promoted, developed UA Little Rock in the tradition of an alum.
