Due to forecasted rain, the outdoor events previously scheduled at Trojan Way will now be located in the Donaghey Student Center Fitness Center. See Event Schedule below.

Event Parking

Discover Parking Map: Lot 13 at Jack Stephens Center

  • When you arrive, the closest parking will be in the Lot 13 East and Lot 13 West. There will be signs guiding you to the parking lots.
  • You will find the Check-in entrance to the right of the main staircase entrance. Greeters will direct you to Derek Fisher Court and then back to the main stairs to enter the main event area.
  • From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., you will make your way across campus. Just walk down Trojan Way to the crosswalk to head back to your car!

Win a Scholarship

Plan on attending UA Little Rock in 2025? During Discover, you can participate in scholarship contests! There are two contests: The Welcome Session Competition and the Social Media Scholarship Contest. Check out all the details in the next section. Good luck!

Eligibility: Scholarships can be used by students who enroll in classes during any term in 2025 (Spring, Summer, or Fall) as degree-seeking students.

Welcome Session Competition

During the Welcome session at 10:30 a.m., staff will find students in the crowd to participate in a competition on the basketball court. At the end of the game, two winners will be awarded with a $500 scholarship!

Social Media Contest

The contest begins on Oct. 31 at 9:30 a.m. and ends at 5 p.m. Five $250 scholarships will go to the winners of our social media contest. Winners will be chosen in these categories:

  • Best Overall—the post we love the most
  • Most Creative—think outside the box, go for the vibes
  • Best Trojan Spirit—show school spirit for UA Little Rock
  • Campus Explorer—take us on a campus adventure
  • Best Costume—come dressed up for Halloween!


How to Enter


Here’s how to enter the social media contest:

  1. First, follow @ualradmissions on Instagram.
  2. Then, you can create a story, reel, or a post. Before you post, double-check that it is public or let us follow you back to view your entry.
  3. Don’t forget to tag us and include #DiscoverLR!
  4. Each post will be considered an entry, and there are no limits on the amount you post.
  5. Admissions will decide which post win each category; no need to label the category!
  6. Winners will be notified
