Service Areas
Professional Development
Programs for individuals that support career advancement. Professional Development are designed to help participants accomplish one or more of the following:
- Upskilling or reskilling
- Earning professional certifications or industry-recognized credentials
- Earning continuing education units (CEUs)
- Maintaining licensure or certification through training contact hours (PDHs, LUs, PDUs, CPDs, CECs, CMEs)
Corporate Talent Development
Flexible training programs adapted to your company or organization’s unique HR and talent development needs. Format options include:
- Multi-session cohort-based training programs – Send a group of your employees through a tailored training program together, and form additional cohorts as needed.
- One-off training courses and workshops – Offer skills training to a particular team of employees or company-wide.
- Corporate university – Build a custom in-house training program with the expertise and instructional support of UA Little Rock faculty.
Learning for Life
Programs for individuals looking for community, personal fulfillment, and enriching learning experiences. These courses offer the opportunity to explore interests in a low-stakes environment alongside other like-minded community members.
Custom Training
We are responsive to the educational needs of local companies, industry groups, and public agencies. Our faculty regularly create custom training and education programs based on one-time, temporary workforce or community needs.
