A new DPS Substation was located in the existing Worth James Building on Fair Park near Parking Lot 12. The scope of work included minor interior renovation, reroofing, exterior painting, and a new parking area to serve the building.
Project Financing & Timeline
This was funded with university funds. Construction started April 2018 and was completed July 2018.
