The hot water and cold water loop extension project entails connecting the existing loop to the Campus Living central utilities plant and the Windgate Art + Design building and closing the loop at the Fine Arts building. The video above shows the pipes that were installed as part of this project.
Project Financing & Timeline
A $2 million no-interest loan from the Division of Building Authority’s revolving loan fund as well as existing funding from UA Little Rock financed the loop extension. This project was completed in January 2018.
