Jason’s Graduate Student Experience
“The UA Little Rock experience has been extremely rewarding! As a graduate student in the Weekend MBA program I’ve developed some wonderful friends and discovered new tools and methods that I’m currently applying within my profession. I chose UA Little Rock primarily for the convenience of the weekend program. While I was influence by co-workers, I also wanted to attend a university with in-person classes and not just fully online programs.
“Upon graduation, I plan to continue diversifying my resume. The Weekend MBA program has provided me with new tools beyond my undergraduate engineering studies. I recently won the 2019 Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) Technology Transfer Award for “Weak Grid Assessment Using EPRI’s Grid Strength Assessment Tool and Detailed Modeling Studies.”
