Hip-Hop, describes how Pittsburgh rapper “Mayhem Mal” (Jamal Knox) was sent to prison for his lyrics which the Pennsylvania Supreme Court found to constitute a “true threat.” Denton quotes Professor andré cummings liberally through the article in analyzing 1st Amendment protections and exceptions.
