This presentation discussed implementing the disparate impact standard under the Fair Housing Act. It included a discussion of Tex. Dep’t of Hous. & Cmty. Affairs v. Inclusive Cmtys. Project, 135 S. Ct. 2507 (2015), which held that disparate impact claims are cognizable under the Fair Housing Act.
