Professor andré douglas pond cummings spoke on a panel at AALS 2020 focusing on teaching social justice principles through a course on “Hip Hop and the American Constitution.” This panel reviewed the content and strategy of a course that examines hip hop artist’s critique of Constitutional principles such as Fourth and First amendment restrictions
