Portrait of Professor Caroline Rothert Boch

Caroline Rothert Boch teaches Research, Writing, and Analysis I and II. Before joining the Bowen faculty in 2024, Professor Boch served as a law clerk to the Hon. D. P. Marshall Jr. and Brian S. Miller of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas and the Hon. Robin F. Wynne of the Arkansas Supreme Court.

A native of Hot Springs, Professor Boch graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Harvard College with a degree in history. After serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in El Salvador, she returned to Harvard, where she earned a law degree and a Master in Public Policy. She was a Presidential Management Fellow at the Social Security Administration in Chicago and practiced law at Disability Rights Arkansas.

Professor Boch serves on the Arkansas Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program (JLAP) Foundation Board, The Arkansas Lawyer Editorial Advisory Board, and the Saint Thomas More Society of Arkansas Board. In 2024, she received the Maurice Cathey Award from the Arkansas Bar Association for her contributions to The Arkansas Lawyer.
