Panel Discusses Egypt’s Future

UALR professors with strong ties to the Middle East will discuss what the future may hold for Egypt and how the turmoil might affect the United States.

The panel discussion will be held in the Student Government Association Lounge on the second floor of the Donaghey Student Center at noon Friday, Feb. 4.

Panelists include Dr. Jacek Lubecki, professor of political science and coordinator of the Middle Eastern Studies Program; Dr. Clea Bunch, professor of history and chair of the Middle Eastern Studies Committee; Dr. Amin Akhnoukh, professor of construction management and a native-born Egyptian; and Dr. Krista Lewis, professor of anthropology and a member of the Middle Eastern Studies faculty.
