Prospective Students Explore UALR Oct. 19
On Safari is the theme of the day as prospective high school students from across the state will be on campus to learn more about UALR. At Discover UALR on Oct. 19, they will compete for prizes while they explore everything from housing and scholarship options to academic major options.
The day’s schedule:
9 a.m. – Registration, explore student organizations, resources, and success booths at the Jack Stephens Center
10 a.m. – Welcome from Chancellor Joel E. Anderson, alums Georgia and Dominik Mjartan, and Student Government President Rizan Mohsin. (Jack Stephens Center)
10:45 a.m. – Choose from 11 break-out sessions across campus to find out about degree programs offered in the colleges, admissions, scholarships, and financial aid. Choose four break-out sessions. Rotations begin at 11:30 a.m., 12:15 p.m., 1 p.m.:

- College of Business, Donald W. Reynolds Center for Business and Economic Development, Atrium
- College of Education, Dickinson Hall, EAST Lab
