The University of Arkansas at Little Rock will participate in this year’s America Recycles Day on Tuesday, Nov. 15. 

From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Sustainability Committee will host a table in the Donaghey Student Center where members of the Trojan community can sign a pledge committing to learn what materials are collected for recycling in their communities, to actively recycle, and to influence others to recycle.

Students, faculty, and staff are also encouraged to bring dead batteries and plastic bags to the table to be recycled. Snacks will be provided.
