Morrison held several administrative positions at Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia, including controller, associate vice president for finance/director of financial services, and vice president for finance.
For more than eight years, Morrison held various leadership positions with the Southern Association of College and University Business Officers and served on the National Association of College and University Business Officers board.
Morrison earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in accounting in 1985 from Henderson State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2005. He and his wife, Kelli, have five children and are looking forward to returning home to UA Little Rock.
“I am extremely excited to join Mr. McClellan, the financial and administration staff, and the UA Little Rock campus, and am ready to hit the ground running in order to continue to advance the university,” Morrison said. “I am thankful to be selected for this great opportunity.”
