Internships available in Washington, D.C.

Representatives from The Washington Center will be on the University of Arkansas at Little Rock campus on Wednesday, Oct. 3, to visit with students about internships opportunities in Washington, D.C.

The Washington Center arranges internships appropriate to students’ areas of study with businesses, nonprofits, and governmental agencies in Washington, DC. The internships are open to all majors. Students can earn up to 15 UA Little Rock credits while completing an internship.  Financial aid is available, and TWC provides assistance with internship placement, coursework, programming, housing and student services.

Two information sessions are planned on Oct. 3:

  • 12:30-1:30 p.m. – Second-floor Commons Classroom
  • 5-6 p.m. –  Donaghey Student Center 205E
