UA Little Rock Downtown to host morning of physical and financial wellness on June 22
The University of Arkansas at Little Rock is offering a chance for people to put their physical and financial wellness in shape during one fun-filled morning.
UA Little Rock Downtown, located at 333 President Clinton Ave., is introducing its new “Finance and Flow” program from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, June 22.
The morning will begin with a free beginner yoga class at 10 a.m., hosted by Maddy Barker of Barefoot Studio, the longest running yoga studio in Little Rock. The yoga session will be followed by a free mimosa bar around 10:45 a.m.
Sarah Catherine Gutierrez, founder, partner, CEO, and lead retirement plan specialist of Aptus Financial, will round out the event with a free personal finance seminar starting at 11 a.m.
“Finance and Flow” is free and open to the public, and participants can come to one or both portions of the program. Those who attend the yoga class should bring their own mats.
