William Dalton “Bill” Brumley of Alexander died Sept. 1. He joined UALR’s Campus Police force after retiring from the Air Force. He retired from UALR in 1988 after serving 18 years.

He is survived by his wife Elwanda Brumley; a daughter and son-in-law Debi and Bub Dawson; a son and daughter-in-law Mike and Dea Brumley; grandchildren Gina and Travis Bull, Sara Brumley, and Jake Brumley; and numerous cousins and friends. His funeral service was Saturday, Sept. 4.
