The University of Arkansas at Little Rock has announced the dates for the 2018 Little Rock Trojans Basketball Camp. 

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock women’s basketball team earned a No. 14 seed in the 2018 NCAA Tournament and will face No. 3 seed Florida State in the first round of the tournament at 10 a.m. (CT) Saturday, March 17, in Tallahassee, Florida. The matchup will air on ESPN2. 

Little Rock Athletics will reach a milestone this fall, hosting its 10th annual SpectacUALR. Cathy and Kevin Crass have been selected as the honorees for this year’s event, being held Thursday, Oct. 11, at the Jack Stephens Center. 

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock women’s basketball punched its ticket to the NCAA Tournament as it won the Sun Belt Tournament Championship for the fourth time with a 54-53 victory over No. 2 Texas State on Sunday night at Lakefront Arena. 

For the 11th consecutive season, top-seeded Little Rock women’s basketball won its quarterfinals game at the Sun Belt Conference Championship as it defeated No. 9 Appalachian State 66-34 on Thursday afternoon at Lakefront Arena. 

Little Rock head soccer coach Mark Foster has announced the Trojans’ 2018 spring schedule. All games on the spring schedule will be played in the central Arkansas region.

For the second time this season, the University of Arkansas at Little Rock women’s basketball is ranked in the College Insider Mid-Major Top 25 Poll as the Trojans came in at No. 25 on the Feb. 27 poll. 

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock is seeking input from the university community and the public to assess whether UA Little Rock should implement a football and marching band program. 

For the second consecutive season, the University of Arkansas at Little Rock women’s basketball won the Sun Belt Conference Regular-Season Championship outright with a 61-35 victory against Appalachian State on Saturday afternoon at the Jack Stephens Center.
