The University of Arkansas at Little Rock has selected Drs. David Briscoe, Nitin Agarwal, and Bronwyn MacFarlane as the 2021 winners of the Faculty Excellence Awards. 

The UA Little Rock College of Humanities, Arts, Social Sciences, and Education (CHASSE) has selected Drs. David Briscoe, Bronwyn MacFarlane, and Ed Anson as its 2021 Faculty Excellence winners.

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock will host Dr. Ibram X. Kendi, National Book Award-winning historian and author of “How to Be an Antiracist,” as the final speaker for Diversity Month. 

The year 2020 was a year unlike any other, where the University of Arkansas at Little Rock faced major challenges that included a global pandemic that has redefined the education landscape.

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock is planning to reopen its campus and residence halls and resume face-to-face classes in a flexible hybrid format for the fall 2020 semester.

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock will reveal the winners of the 2020 Faculty Excellence Awards at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 23. The results will be announced on the Faculty Excellence website and the UA Little Rock Facebook page.
