UA Little Rock Invites Alumni to Celebrate Homecoming 2026

UA Little Rock Homecoming

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock will welcome alumni and friends back to campus for Homecoming 2026, with alumni-focused events running from Thursday, Feb. 26, through Saturday, Feb. 28.

“Homecoming is a meaningful time for our community to come together and celebrate what makes UA Little Rock special,” said Chancellor Christina S. Drale. “We’re excited to welcome everyone back to campus.”

Here’s a full schedule of Alumni events: 

Distinguished Alumni Luncheon – Thursday, Feb. 26

UA Little Rock will honor four outstanding alumni during this annual celebration of Trojan excellence. 

This year’s honorees include: 

  • Margaret Preston Dedman – Distinguished Alumna of the Year
  • Gina Pharis – Presidents Award
  • Cortney Kennedy – Young Alumni Award
  • Greg Flesher – Honorary Alumni Award

The luncheon begins at 11:30 a.m. at the Clinton Presidential Center. To inquire about tickets call 501-916-3208. Learn more about the honorees. 

Greek Alumni Night at Trojan Basketball  – Thursday, Feb. 26

Alumni from fraternities and sororities are invited to cheer on the Trojans during a spirited night of hoops and reconnection. The Office of Alumni and Development will cover game admission for each Greek alum and a guest. 

Tipoff times:

  • Women’s Game vs. Morehead State – 5 p.m.
  • Men’s Game vs. Morehead State – 7 p.m.

Alumni are encouraged to wear their letters and show their Greek pride. Register to Attend this game.

Windgate Distinguished Lecture Featuring Ann Hamilton – Thursday, Feb. 26 

Internationally acclaimed artist Ann Hamilton will speak as part of the Windgate Distinguished Lecture Series.Known for her immersive, multimedia installations, Hamilton brings a unique artistic perspective to this year’s Homecoming week.

The lecture is free, but advance registration is required. Register to attend

Greek Step Show – Friday, Feb. 27

A fan-favorite tradition featuring performances from UA Little Rock fraternities and sororities. Tickets are $12 and may be purchased at the door. The doors open at 5:30 p.m., and the show begins at 7 p.m. in the Donaghey Student Center Fitness Center.

Alumni Tailgating Opportunities – Saturday, Feb. 28

Join fellow Trojans for a fun, family-friendly afternoon with a complimentary barbecue lunch. The lunch begins at 11:30 at the Bailey Alumni and Friends Center. Register to attend the all-alumni barbeque lunch.

Additionally, tailgating is available in Lot 14 near the Jack Stephens Center. These spots are $25 and include a table and two chairs. Advance registration required. Register to tailgate in Lot 14.

Homecoming Basketball Doubleheader – Saturday, Feb. 28

The Trojans face Southern Indiana in this year’s Homecoming matchup. This will be a packed day with Senior Night, and the court being announced at halftime of the men’s game.

Game Details:

  • Little Rock Trojans vs. Southern Indiana 
  • 1 p.m. – Women’s Basketball
  • 3 p.m. – Men’s Basketball
  • Location: Jack Stephens Center

The Alumni Association will cover the cost for alumni to attend this game. Register to attend the game.
