Adding yet another academic recognition to the list following a successful season in the classroom, 25 members of the Little Rock swimming and diving team were named to the 2019-20 Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) Honor Roll, making up approximately 83 percent of the entire 2019-20 roster. Earlier this year, the Trojans nabbed Scholar All-America team recognition along with a handful of MVC Scholar-Athlete Team honors. Little Rock baseball has been recognized for its work in the classroom, earning 2019-20 American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) Team Academic Excellence honors. It marks the fourth time in the past five years under head coach Chris Curry the Trojans have received national recognition.
Little Rock’s efforts in the classroom have paid off once again as the Trojans have been named to the 2019-20 Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-Scholar Team, consisting of the top-25 teams with the highest cumulative team GPA. Little Rock’s team GPA of 3.89 ranks fifth nationally and the highest in the Sun Belt Conference.

Little Rock senior swimmer Charis Won has been named the winner of the 2020 Kevin A. Crass Heart of a Trojan Award. The award, initiated in 2017, is given annually to a Little Rock senior student-athlete based on community service, leadership, and dedication to their team. The sixth annual Little Rock Golf Shamble will take place Monday, Aug. 31, with the event once again returning to Pleasant Valley Country Club.
