Policy Summary: This policy provides equal access and opportunity to Qualified Employees in compliance with the Pregnancy Workers Fairness Act (Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000gg – 2000gg-6) and other laws that prohibit sex discrimination and protect pregnancy rights.
