Applying for scholarships at UA Little Rock is an important part of your college journey. Incoming freshmen and transfer students only need to apply for admission to UA Little Rock in order to be considered for most of our institutional scholarships (institutional scholarships are the ones that come from the university).
The Theatre Arts Program offers a broad range of scholarships to students in theatre. A consistent effort is made to assist incoming students and to help students throughout their time at UA Little Rock.
Theatre Arts is now accepting scholarship applications for the 2023-2024 academic year. We are currently in the process of reviewing our first round of scholarship applications. We will be considering applications on a rolling monthly basis.
You will be contacted shortly after to schedule an interview with our Theatre Arts faculty.
Reminder: You must apply to UA Little Rock and be a declared Theatre Arts major or minor to be considered for departmental scholarships.
For general questions about Theatre scholarships, contact Stacy Pendergraft.
Awards are made with the assistance of Dean’s Talent Awards, the Friends of the Arts, the Joan R. Taylor Scholarship, the Ike Murry Memorial Scholarship, the Joel Ruminer Scholarship, the David S.
