Neighborhood Profile:
The College Terrace neighborhood is located south of 32nd Street about 2 blocks west of South University Avenue and the UA Little Rock Campus. It consists of 100 single family houses which average about 1000 square feet in area and which were constructed mostly in the 1950s. The houses are arranged on 4 streets: Bryn Mawr, Centenary, Fairmont, and Purdue.The neighborhood abuts St. Luke United Methodist Church on the northwest and overlooks the Mexican Consulate on the southeast.

The neighborhood is represented by the College Terrace Residents Association which meets on an as needed basis.
