The University District Development Corporation (UDDC) was established as a free standing agent to implement many of the housing and economic development goals identified in the University District Revitalization Plan and University Strategic Plan.
The University District Development Corporation strengthens neighborhoods and improves the quality of life by making housing and neighborhood improvements. Affiliated with the University District Partnership, the UDDC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing affordable housing and making neighborhood improvements within the University District.
