Lifetime Members of the UA Little Rock Alumni Association will receive the on-campus rate on all reservations.

Each reservation requires the completion of an official request form. Please visit this website, and click on “Request an Event” at the top left hand corner to fill out and submit the form: https://schedule.ualr.edu/AstraSchedule/Portal/GuestPortal.aspx

A $50.00 cleaning and set-up fee is added to each reservation. AV equipment is accessible in both rooms, and parking is free in Lot 13 across the street from the facility. If food is desired at an event, details must be confirmed through Sodexo Catering. Contact Sodexo’s Catering Coordinator, Kindra Clay, at (501) 569-3360 or email ktclay@ualr.edu. If alcoholic beverages are requested, only beer and wine are permitted in the facility. A bartender must be secured and present the at the event.

The Bailey Alumni and Friends Center is closed on all acknowledged holiday weekends.

Student organizations and UA Little Rock advancement team reservation details will be done on a case-by-case basis.
