What to do next

As we continue to work with the vendor to resolve remaining issues with enrollments in and access to Blackboard, please note that your detailed class schedule in BOSS is the official source for your registered courses for the semester.

In the meantime, you can turn off any notifications coming from the course an/or hide the course from your Blackboard calendar.

If you have questions about courses that appear in your Blackboard account, please complete a help request on the Blackboard Student Support website.

Frequently-asked Questions

Why are one or more of my courses are missing from Blackboard?

New enrollments can take time to process, so if you registered for a new course in the morning it may not appear in your account until this issue is resolved. Try checking back on this site later for updates to this issue.

For face-to-face sections, make sure that your instructor plans on using Blackboard for your course. Your course may just not have been made available yet by your instructor, which would prevent you from seeing it in your Blackboard account.

Why am I seeing courses I'm not currently registered for?

Courses in your Blackboard account that do not appear on your detailed schedule will eventually be removed. You may confirm which courses you are actually enrolled in by signing into your BOSS account and looking at your Student Detail Schedule.

In the meantime, you can disable notifications in Blackboard from those courses.

Why do I not see any of my courses in Blackboard?

Make sure you have logged into Blackboard correctly by looking to see if your name is listed in the top-right side of the Blackboard home page.

UPDATE 1/20/2017
