As Instructional Designer and Media Specialist for the UALR College of Education and Health Professions (CEHP), Brad Sims provides support to faculty and staff for instructional technology systems. These systems include BlackBoard, audio/video presentation, online course management, distance learning, voice-over-IP and web-video conferencing. Mr. Sims also manages web content development for the College and its related academic departments and programs.

Mr. Sims received his Master of Arts degree in Professional and Technical Writing from the UALR Department of Rhetoric and Writing in 2014. Prior to his service at UALR, he has held positions as Communications Manager for the Arkansas Science & Technology Authority and as Education Technology Specialist for Phillips Community College’s Federal Title III Grant program.

Mr. Sims’ academic interests include:
