The mission of the higher education programs at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock is to provide an excellent education for leaders who will make a positive difference in the performance of higher education students and institutions. The program provides a thorough grounding in the knowledge relating to higher education as a field of study, as well as the theory, practice, and scholarship of higher education.
