February 18: Game Night. Come play board games, eat free snacks, and get to know other graduate students. 5:00-7:00 p.m., DSC 205D
April 1: Research Workshop. Two of the library’s experienced librarians will be leading a research workshop next Wednesday for graduate students. They will help you become comfortable with the resources the library offers, making it easier for you to find sources and do your research. They’ll also show you how to use RefWorks, an online citation tool that will simplify your citing. Join us on at 4:00 p.m. in room 535 of the Ottenheimer Library. Snacks provided!
April 2: Thesis and Dissertation Formatting Workshop. Come learn the easiest ways to format your thesis or dissertation to meet the Graduate School’s requirements! This workshop is led by Dr. Karen Kuralt of the Rhetoric and Writing department. Join us at 3:00 p.m.in room 535 of the Ottenheimer Library. Snacks provided!
April 23: Resume and Interview Workshop. Jennifer Stewart and Jesse Mason from the Co-Op Office will lead this workshop on basic resume and interview rules and skills.
