Health Insurance
An optional insurance plan is available to students taking 6 credit hours or more (home-study, correspondence, internet and television courses do not count). The policy provides benefits for injuries and illnesses and may be purchased annually or by the semester. Family coverage is an option.
Please note there is an enrollment deadline. Payments must be received within the first 30 days of each semester. For more details, click on the Student Insurance Brochure below.

You can print a paper copy of the enrollment form from the brochure above or you can enroll online at www.macori.com (If using the paper enrollment form, payment must be enclosed).
Because this policy does not cover the first visit to a physician, students can save themselves unnecessary expenses by first coming to Health Services for a referral.
There is also an optional dental plan available.
