The IT Services Assistance Center (formerly the Computing Services Help Desk) has updated its email address to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you need technical assistance, wish to report an issue, or would like to request any other service, please send us an email or fill out our request form.
Once we receive your request it is placed in an alert status for review. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
During normal business hours, we will respond to each email request within two hours after the message is received. Messages received after normal business hours, weekends, and holidays will be responded to by 10 a.m. the next business day.

If your department has its own IT technical support personnel, please make them your first contact. If necessary, your departmental technical support personnel will direct you to the IT Services Assistance Center.
