Community Library Users

Members of the community (at least 16 years of age) who are not currently affiliated with UALR may apply for limited library privileges. These privileges include circulation of library materials, Internet access on designated computers, and in-library access to library databases.  Community borrowers may check out up to 10 items at a time with a loan period of 28 days.

Community members need to complete an application and submit it along with a current state-issued photo ID at the circulation desk.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied at all times by an adult or caregiver who is 18 years of age or older.
