Professional Development Training

This series offers professional development trainings for you and your key managers. Participants in the trainings can expect to develop and enhance their public management knowledge, skills and abilities.

The program is designed to meet the management needs of local and state government and non-profit organizations through seminars expressly designed to address the challenges of working in today’s public service agencies. Each seminar will be conducted by trainers with professional experience and/or higher education instructional expertise in the field, and knowledge of the demands of serving the public. Participants will learn and train with other professionals, developing valuable insight into the workings of similar agencies and organizations. Through this interaction participants create a critical network that will continue long after the initial workshop experience.
