David B. Rollin
David B. Rollin had worked for several years at Tonawanda, New York, before entering the missionary field in the West for the American Baptist Missionary Board. In 1834 he became missionary to the Creeks in Indian Territory and worked there until he was expelled in September 1836. In November of that year, he joined the Shawnee Mission in Kansas, but was compelled to quit mission work in October 1838 because of poor health. He died at Commerce, Michigan, on May 12, 1839.
