Teaching Philosophy:

Grounded in the belief that every student has unique value to offer and gain, my teaching philosophy centers on fostering ethical, effective communication through active application, deep reflection, and real-world mastery. In my virtual classroom, I cultivate a culture rooted in grace, curiosity, and connection—creating a safe space where students view setbacks as essential steps toward growth. By pairing foundational theories with flexible revision opportunities, I empower overextended online learners to build self-awareness, practice resilience, and meaningfully transform their everyday communication.
