Molly Han

Molly Han, Ph.D. is an assistant professor of Applied Communication at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She earned her B.A. in Journalism from East China University of Political Science and Law, an M.A. in Humanities from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and an M.A. in Communication from California State University, Fullerton. She later completed her Ph.D. in Communication Studies at the University of Kansas. Her research examines how communication can create positive social impact in organizations and intergenerational relationships. In organizational communication, her work focuses on organizational resilience, workplace relationships and intra- and interorganizational collaboration, technology in organizations, and nonprofit communication and volunteering. Her intergroup and intergenerational communication research explores how age identities, stereotypes, and conflict shape interactions between younger and older adults across organizational, family, and technology-related contexts.
