The Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation recently honored Chancellor Joel E. Anderson as a Community Leader during the celebration honoring the foundation’s 40th anniversary. A series of videos were filmed featuring 40 Arkansas leaders in the categories of Community, Education, Nonprofits, and Prosperity. Vice Chancellor Emeritus Dr. Charles W. Donaldson, and Student Services Success Initiatives Coordinator Harvell Howard were also honored.
