Summer Step Challenge – A Peak A Day!

It’s time for Fit/Well’s step/activity challenge, Step Into Summer- A Peak A Day! Let’s enjoy the summer weather together by stepping into summer with the 5-week “A Peak A Day”! The goal of this 5-week program is to work activity into our routines by (Virtually) “hiking” a sample of the 477 Major Summits of the United States every day, to help us maintain or improve our cardiovascular health. No need to travel, as the challenge is virtual!
The program will run from June 22 – July 26, 2026. Each week, you will receive a reminder to report your steps, along with information about the peak of the week. This program is free and open to all UA Little Rock students, staff, and faculty. Feel free to share with your friends and colleagues. Registration is open now!
