Patient Satisfaction Survey

Tell Us How We are Doing graphicHealth Services utilized a paper patient satisfaction survey for most of the year. Overall, results showed that individuals were very satisfied with the accessibility to health care in terms of location, hours of operation and wait time. Respondents also commented that they were very pleased with the way they were treated by both the administrative and clinical staff. During the summer months, this survey shifted from paper to web-based and is now located on the Health Services website.
