UA Little Rock will soon launch a new Enrollment Management application called SLATE CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
This new application will not only bring a new experience but will also improve efficiencies as a recruiting tool, and in admissions management. SLATE CRM promises to bring better technology to best meet the needs of those who intend to attend UA Little Rock by supporting improved communication flows, utilizing better administrative workflows, and managing applications in the admissions funnel. SLATE CRM replaces Ellucian’s CRM Recruit application that was implemented in 2017 for Undergraduate, Postbacc, Non-Degree, Graduate and Dual-enrolled applicants.
The new look and feel using SLATE CRM begins in January 2023 as the Undergraduate, Postbacc, Non-Degree, and High School Concurrent applicants will be able to apply for the Summer 2023 and beyond terms. Graduate School applicants will move to the new application process as soon as possible afterward.
Recruiting and Admissions users will utilize SLATE CRM to manage communication and admissions processes with the intent to support additional users/groups in the admissions funnel that were previously limited due to licensing of the current product.
