Deputy/Assistant City Attorney in Little Rock, Arkansas

This position may be filled at the deputy or assistant level.

Job description:

Deputy City Attorney: To provide staff legal support for complex cases and other legal matters involving the City of Little Rock.

Assistant City Attorney: To provide legal support for staff of the City of Little Rock.

 

Minimum qualifications and additional requirements:

Deputy City Attorney: Completion of a Juris Doctorate Degree and four (4) years of active

legal experience.

Additional Requirement: Must possess a valid Arkansas law license before employment and

maintain licensure for the duration of employment in this position and be in good standing with

the Arkansas Bar Association.

 

Assistant City Attorney: Completion of a Juris Doctorate Degree.

Additional Requirements: Must possess a license to practice law in the state of Arkansas

within six (6) months of employment.
